On Saturday and Sunday, February 3-4, 2024, the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Trisakti conducted a Development Activity for young lecturers located in Bogor – West Java. The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Trisakti, drg. Wiwiek Poedjiastoeti, M.Kes, Sp. BMM, PhD, who also provided motivational material for the young lecturers. Following that, the next material was delivered by Prof. drg. Rahmi Amtha, MDS, Sp. PM(K), PhD, with the title “Recognizing Talent to Become a Lecturer from an Early Age.”

Additionally, this activity also included team-building games aimed at improving relationships among team members. Through team-building exercises, each individual could show respect and appreciation for differences among others. Furthermore, they could share goals and achieve expectations together. It is hoped that this activity will provide benefits and strengthen the relationships among the lecturers.
