From September 14–16, 2024, the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Trisakti held a Staff Development Program in Garut, West Java. The event was attended by 50 staff members and 5 deans. The group traveled to Garut by Indonesian Railway (Kereta Api Indonesia). On the first day, the group visited Derajat Pass in Karyamekar Village, Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency, West Java. Afterward, they rested at Hotel Santika.

On the second day, the group visited Mount Guntur via jeep, followed by team-building activities involving several groups. The goal of these activities was to foster teamwork, which would help reduce individualistic tendencies and encourage a sense of togetherness. This sense of unity is crucial in the workplace to improve collaboration and communication.

In the evening, a unity night event was held, with speeches from the Head of Administration and Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Drg. Wiwiek Poedjiastoeti, M.Kes, Sp.BMM, PhD. In her speech, the Dean emphasized the importance of discipline as the foundation for optimal performance and public service, as well as the need to apply teamwork in the workplace..

On the third day, the group visited a leather craft center and souvenir shops. The program aimed to enhance staff discipline and strengthen teamwork, improving communication and collaboration among all employees.
