The Faculty of Dentistry of Universitas Trisaktiheld an oath-taking ceremony for new dentists in the first semester of academic year 2023/2024 on Monday, November 23, 2023 at Pullman Central Park Hotel – West Jakarta.

The event began with a report from Vice Dean I Dr. drg. Yohana Yusra, M.Kes who said that 54 new dentists had taken their oath today. The best graduate is drg. Vita Fredlianata, SKG with a GPA of 3.79 with a Very Satisfactory predicate. The event continued with the recitation of the Dentist Oath / Promise which was read by drg. Wiwiek Poedjiastoeti, M.Kes., Sp.BMM., PhD as the Dean of FKG Usakti which was followed by the new dentists.

drg. Wiwiek Poedjiastoeti, M.Kes., Sp.BM., PhD in her remarks said that the dentist profession is a health worker profession that will last our lifetime, and can be used to encourage public awareness in maintaining dental health, especially caries and mouth as part of their body health. New dentists have been equipped with various theories and skills while sitting in college, through the Internship program for the next 6 months you will be dealing directly with people who need your services, so all of you as graduates of Indonesian Dentists are expected to become professionals who have at least two things, namely competence and ethical professionalism, so there must be a strong ethical and moral foundation in carrying out their duties.

The event continued with the awarding of certificates, sashes and prizes to the best graduates of New Dentists and then continued with the awarding of sashes to UKMP2DG graduates with the highest CBT scores, namely drg. Vencentius Malvin Sugijono, SKG and drg. Hernandita Fasikhin, SKG. Furthermore, the event was closed with performances from the Dentists, then congratulations from the invited guests to the new dentists.
