Public awareness and knowledge about the problem of crowded teeth, how it affects health, preventive measures that can be taken and proper treatment, still need to be improved. The problem of crowded teeth that is not treated properly can cause phonetic, masticatory, aesthetic disorders, as well as other dental health problems such as pathological abnormalities in the joints and jaws due to increased risk of caries and functional disorders of the oral cavity.

Concerned about the problem, FKG Usakti held a Community Service (PkM) activity in the form of Education, Training and also Free Examination and Consultation to Teaching Staff and Parents of GBI HMJ Graha Greenville Sunday School Students. Mini PkM was held on April 29, 2025 by the PkM FKG Usakti Team consisting of drg. Lia Hapsari M.Epid as Chairperson, Dr. drg. Joko Kusnoto, M.Sc., Sp.Ort., drg. Olivia P. Sahelangi, Sp.Ort, drg. Arianne Dwimega, Sp.KGA, drg. Dina Ratnasari, Sp.KG, Subsp.KR (K) as a team of lecturers and assisted by 3 (three) students of the Dentist Professional Study Program and 1 (one) student of the Master of Dental Medicine Study Program.

This education and training is expected to provide awareness for teaching staff and parents about dental and oral health, especially related to crowding.
