On Saturday, January 13, 2024, the Faculty of Dentistry Universitas Trisakti organized Education and Training on the Recognition of Oral Cavity Abnormalities and their Prevention for the Community at Ekayana Arama Vihara – Duri Kepa.

This event was led by Dr. Jackson Dipankara, M.K.G., and the participating members included Dr. Wiwiek Poedjiastoeti, M.Kes, Sp.B.M.M., Ph.D., Dr. Drg. Sri Ratna Laksmiastuti, Sp.KGA, drg. Yuiar Zen, Sp. Ort, and Mr. Alfred Pakpahan, M.Sc. In addition to the teaching staff, this Education and Training activity was also assisted by three Professional Dentistry students, Anastasya Muna R, S.KG., Naomi Lidwina, S.KG., and Shannon Winnie Susanto, S.KG, one FKG Trisakti alumni, Dr. Vanesha Jane Kurniawan, S.KG, and one PPDGS Dental Conservation participant, Dr. Gary Hadrian, S.KG, as well as an educational staff member, Dwi Wahyu Margono, S.Kom.

The education and training activities took place from 14:00 to 16:00 and were attended by 61 participants. The goal was to change habits related to oral and dental health, enhance understanding of dental and gum abnormalities, and promote preventive measures.
