As part of the 60th Anniversary (Dies Natalis) celebration of Universitas Trisakti, the Faculty of Dentistry is offering Free Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery.

Requirements and Conditions

• Minimum age: 3 months (for cleft lip surgery)

• Minimum age: 18 months (for cleft palate surgery)

• Minimum weight: 5 kg

• Hemoglobin level above 10 g/dl

• In good general health
