Monday, November 11, 2024 – The Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) and the Dental and Oral Hospital (RSGM) of Universitas Trisakti officially launched the National Dental Health Month (BKGN) 2024 in a meaningful ceremony held at the lobby of FKG Usakti.

The event began with remarks from the Dean of FKG Universitas Trisakti, Drg. Wiwiek Podjiastoeti, M.Kes, Sp. BMM, M.Kes, Ph.D, who emphasized the importance of the program as an educational platform to raise public awareness about dental and oral health. She highlighted that BKGN is a pivotal moment to promote a healthy lifestyle, particularly in maintaining oral hygiene as an integral part of overall health.

Following this, the Director of RSGM FKG Trisakti University, Dr. Drg. Anggraeny Putri Sekar Palupi, Sp. BMM, expressed her hopes that BKGN 2024 would serve as a space for enhancing knowledge and skills in dental care while introducing the latest technology in the field of dentistry.

The next speech was delivered by Drg. Ratu Mirah Afifah, GC Clindent, MDSc, Head of Marketing for Personal Care at PT Unilever Indonesia. She reaffirmed Unilever’s commitment to supporting national dental health programs.

“PT Unilever Indonesia is dedicated to supporting various initiatives aimed at improving public awareness of dental health, particularly through our products that help maintain daily oral hygiene,” she said.

As part of its support for the event, PT Unilever Indonesia presented hampers to VIP guests in attendance.
